METHOD

Participants 

Ashley, Gary, Graham, Dawn, David & Matt

Materials

Data Logger, Stimson TDC (connected to speakers and audio recorder), Stimson Cube (movement/tilt & magnetic field visual sensor), Audio Recorders, Mirror and Small Square Table.

Procedure

1. Setup the experiment room – using a specific table and room layout.
2. Briefly run through the experiment proceedings.
3. The group then take their seats in the experiment room, which are predetermined.
4. Lights out.
5. The group take five minutes of silence to settle into the room.
6. Opening prayer (written specifically for the experiment), which is led by David and repeated by the group.
7. Guided meditation led by Gary, using a bridge as a focal point of a visualisation to allow the group to meet with half way across our spirit helpers.
8. Main Experiment – during this time the group describe what they pick up and any communication received.
9. Closing prayer (written specifically for the experiment), which again is led by David and repeated by the group.
10. Guided meditation completion by Gary, taking us away from the bridge.
11. Lights on.

EXPERIMENT NOTES

This would be the first experiment that Graham would remove himself from the group, sit outside the experiment room and monitor the environment using the Data Logger. His position on this particular instance was slightly hindered by poor communication between him and us, something which would need resolving by the next experiment.

Following the usual guided meditation given by Gary, which the group discuss briefly we began the main part of the experiment.

There were reports of cold spots on the hands and feet by a few of the group. Gary, at one point felt cold all down one side, as if there was something between him and David. Gary also felt his face go warm a couple of times. In fact during the hand-held circle towards the end of the experiment Gary felt very warm as we continued to attempt communication.

There were many light anomalies throughout the experiment and most of these lights were seen in our peripheral vision. The lights for most of us were seen to move past the group members or seen in a particular spot before disappearing. We moved our heads, looked from different angles, closed and reopened our eyes, but the lights remained. However these were not experienced by the whole group simultaneously. One of us would experience them, with possibly two rarely.

A couple of the group also witnessed what could be described as purple streams of light dropping down from the ceiling which could be seen directly.

The group experienced a few instances of audible phenomena during the experiment. At one point this took the form of some scratching noises from behind Dawn and David. This happened about three times as the group asked an entity to join the circle. We also heard a few very light taps which appeared to be coming from a light fitting. Some of the group also heard a woman laugh too.

Mediumship wise we had some interesting connections. An entity attempted to communicate through me (Ashley), but for some reason it didn’t work perhaps due to some kind of block. Then either the same or another entity attempt to communicate through Gary. This began with a pain in his left temple, then a deep sinking feeling as if he was being pushed down. Then he became very emotional and crying. The first entity was a little vocal and identified herself as Janet. This entity also advised us that she was in bed! The second entity was less known by Gary and felt more like a dream state. Gary said he could taste vomit in his mouth and a pain in his solar plexus. He then got the same overpowering sinking feeling, but he didn’t feel quite right. This time Gary asked the entity to step back and moved out of the state.

Towards the end of the experiment we held hands in a circle to try to focus the energies. This seemed to work and during this Matt and I witnessed a light anomaly in the center of the circle above the table. Meanwhile Gary seemed to be taking all the circles energy and was feeling more and more powerful. As this occurred David and I felt cold and weaker. Gary continued to feel odd off of this and became more at peace, but full of energy. After we broke the circle, Gary continued to feel energized for around 30 minutes. Gary advised that this continued for him on the way home too, as he felt fully aware of everything around him, as if he was viewing from another level.

As far as other physical phenomena is concerned there were a few mentions by the group of light physical contact. Gary mentioned feeling as if something had kicked him in the shin.

RESULTS

Another good experiment with plenty of communication and a lot of light anomalies.

Following the review of the TDC audio, Gary reported that he had found something very interesting. At exactly 23:43:40 there was an anomaly in the recording. The rest of the night was mainly static, although some strange changes in static also occurred. However at 23:43:40 there seemed to be what sounded like a whistle. Now what made this even more interesting was that the data logger showed huge variations at the exact same time and simultaneously we were stood holding hands in a circle around a table on which the data logger was located.

The results can best be seen in the following table.

These results from the Data Logger and the audio on their own have less meaning, but once revealed as taking place around the same time as the group held hands in a circle around the table, then the situation appears to generate more questions than answers.

DISCUSSION

Did holding hands in a circle and attempting to focus our energy into the center of that circle generate enough energy between us to cause both environmental changes and an audible whistle on the TDC? If it did, how could we prove this? This action also seemed to energize Gary, but drain David and I, does that mean that Gary was directing that energy in to the center or simply pulling from us at the same time? How could we measure this moving forward?
